On Thursday 27th of September, many people gathered for the official IRT Saint Exupery Technology Platforms Visit and unveiled the thank-you plaque to institutional authorities.
In the presence of Laurent Carrié, Secretary-General of regional affairs for the Occitanie region, Nadia Pellefigue, Vice-President of the Occitanie Region, Jean-Luc Moudenc, Mayor of Toulouse and president of Toulouse Metropole, IRT Saint Exupéry Governing Board Members, François d’Agay Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s nephew, Olivier d’Agay Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s great-nephew.
More than 120 persons from industry and academia were present.
The IRT Saint Exupéry also unveiled its new corporate movie for the first time and organised many visits of its technological equipments presented by our industrial and academic members:
- composite platform: Impregnation line, extruder, fiber sizing and tow impregnation pilot, automated thermoplastic composite induction welding,
- demonstration of metal additive manufacturing platform,
- partial discharges equipments
- electric arc demonstration
- radio frequency bench
